Being a real time process, we do take care of the refund or exchange policy which is updated on merchants website. In case if you have not received the services, you are requested to contact the companies directly, with the transaction details that you receive. You need to be careful while filling up your details like mobile number and account number, we do not take any responsibility if the transactions goes to any other number, nor will it be possible to reverse the transaction. In case of the transaction is not a successful transaction, you will automatically receive the refund in your account. The refunds normally take two days’ time but at times it goes up to ten days also.
The transaction can be cancelled at any point of time, in case if you don’t wish to proceed, but once the transaction is completed it will no more be allowed to cancel.
